I had issues with some of my officemates. Wait, I think they have issues with me. Respect issue. Because I am a young engineer with limited working experience.

So I went to see my boss and told him all the difficulties I had when working with them. He promised he'll try what he can do to help but he can't guarantee the result as he said:

"I can correct or modify something (ie design) on paper but I cant do such thing to people".

Or in Malay it sounds something like this:
"Saya boleh ubah benda atas kertas tapi perangai orang, saya tak boleh buat apa-apa."- MHL, 2012.

Thank God, things get better at work recently. Alhamdulillah :)
